About the Role:

  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to ensure Health, Safety, and Wellbeing standards are met across all aspects of the project.
  • Guide and support the construction team to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently.
  • Influence the collaborative strategy of the project team, fostering a culture of open communication and shared goals.
  • Organize and define the roles and responsibilities within the construction team, ensuring clear accountability and workflow.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination and consistency across all project sections, promoting a unified approach to delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote inclusivity within the work environment, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
  • Manage supply chain relationships and subcontractors effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Set performance targets for the team, motivating them to achieve excellence and drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successfully delivering highway projects at a senior level, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Extensive knowledge of highway construction methods and partnerships, coupled with a commitment to best practices and innovation.
  • A dedication to carbon reduction, social value creation, stakeholder engagement, and diversity, ensuring sustainable and ethical project delivery.
