Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection, supporting our Home Manager in effectively running services.
- Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, and prioritize Resident wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Residents, colleagues, and external partners, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with safeguarding policies and procedures, recognizing signs of potential abuse or neglect and taking appropriate action.
