Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursery management, with a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided
