Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrator / Secretary to support our Litigation team. The successful applicant will deliver extensive administrative assistance for Regulatory, Crime, and Family law services within the Litigation division. The role includes a combination of office and remote work.
Candidate Profile:
We invite applications from seasoned Legal Administrators or Legal Secretaries with at least 3-5 years of experience in Litigation and/or Regulatory/Crime sectors. Candidates with transferable skills from education or other roles will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Dictation Management
- Document Creation and Modification
- Maintaining Client File Records (both physical and digital)
- Drafting Legal Documents
- File Management (Opening and Closing)
- Photocopying and Document Preparation
- Handling Incoming Calls and Messages
- Coordinating Meetings, Conferences, and Travel Arrangements
- Managing Calendars and Appointments
- Generating Monthly Invoices for Legal Services
- Responding to Client Inquiries
Essential Skills:
- Accurate Typing Skills
- Ability to Produce Large Documents Quickly
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong IT Competence
- Meticulous Attention to Detail
- Outstanding Organizational Abilities

- Experience with Digital Dictation Tools
