- Processing payroll for approximately 500 monthly employees, from start to finish.
- Administering all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, SSP, and PAYE N.I.
- Preparing and submitting HMRC returns and reconciliations.
- Managing benefits administration.
- Uploading monthly pension contributions.
- Resolving all payroll-related queries.
- Coordinating starter and leaver information.
- Overseeing year-end activities.
