This role encompasses comprehensive management of both foundational and tenant-related maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service standards.

As the supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of three engineers, ensuring the smooth execution of daily maintenance functions on-site.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
  • Participating in client meetings and discussions.
  • Preparing detailed reports.
  • Supervising team members and managing subcontractors.
The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

This busy site demands an experienced supervisor who is adept at both hands-on tasks and administrative duties during emergencies.

The compensation package includes:
