About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our vision of becoming a global leader in maritime surveillance, management, safety, and navigation technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch transceivers and meet customer expectations.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, mentor, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Partner with Product Management to drive product development and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal embedded software engineers and outsourced mechanical design teams.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics design, including digital and analogue circuit design, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB design.
  2. At least 4 years in a technical leadership role, with responsibilities including recruitment and performance management of engineers, as well as technical decision-making.
  3. Desirable experience in high-volume low-power consumer electronics products, including mechanical enclosures, plastics tooling, and production.
  4. Desirable experience working with embedded software, RTOS, and microprocessors.
