We are enhancing our Commercial Finance team to support our ambitious growth plans and are seeking a part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA professional with a curious and analytical mindset to embrace this new role.

Role Overview

This position will play a crucial role in supporting our pump rental division by delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will assist in managing and supporting future initiatives, including project accounting and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and present reports on current and projected performance, growth, and productivity-based KPIs to various stakeholders, providing insights to facilitate informed commercial decision-making.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with senior management to foster collaboration aimed at achieving business growth objectives.
  • Guide and mentor the Asset Management accountant to enhance the reporting process.
  • Develop business cases for further investments, including property, personnel, and products, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in roles such as Management Accountant, Financial Analyst, or Finance Partner/Advisor.
  • Possess qualifications in CIMA/ACCA/ACA, either fully or partially.
  • Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using advanced Excel features.
  • Be skilled in utilizing Power BI for reporting purposes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision is a plus.
  • Show strong analytical capabilities to perform a variety of financial and business modeling tasks.
  • A valid driving license is advantageous, as there may be opportunities to visit various branches across the UK.
