We are seeking an exceptional Business Studies Course Leader to join our team at Keighley College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing essential knowledge and understanding to learners, while also motivating and inspiring students to achieve their targets and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess curriculum content to learners, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of students.
- Record student progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop effective assessment activities.
- Plan, prepare, and develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources, including online learning materials.
- Deliver inspiring sessions across the curriculum, using a wide range of teaching methods.
- Develop and employ effective assessment activities, assess student work, and provide timely feedback.
We are looking for an individual who holds an Honours Degree in a relevant subject, has relevant experience in teaching 16-18 year-olds up to level 3, and holds a L5 Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE). You will be an inspiring, motivating, and engaging educator who can promote a positive image of the college and act with honesty and integrity.
