About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure excellent customer service and a clean and organized work environment.
  • Train and supervise team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Assist the General Manager with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
