About the Role

The JD Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Finance Transformation programme, a strategic initiative aimed at driving business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the programme's lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of three critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate and lead planning sessions to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential obstacles and costs, ensuring the programme's overall success.
  • RAID Log Management: Create and maintain a RAID log for each project, tracking issues, actions, and decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including staffing and equipment, to maximize the programme's potential for successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Define project objectives and scope, identifying and engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure their involvement and buy-in.
Requirements
  • Business Change Experience: Proven experience in business, people, and technology change, with a strong understanding of large-scale complex transformation programmes.
  • Transformation Programme Management: Familiarity with implementing solutions, recognizing cross-functional requirements and dependencies, including change management, communications, and training.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders, regardless of hierarchy, and influence teams through indirect means.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial transformation and its impact on business operations.
