About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at JD Group, responsible for delivering end-to-end projects aligned to our Transformation portfolio. This portfolio encompasses complex projects and programmes designed to drive business benefit across the JD Group in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage stakeholder expectations, developing effective communications strategies to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with business analysts to capture and validate project requirements, providing effort estimates and planning delivery sprints.
  • Capture and validate task information, durations, and dependencies to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work packages, managing timelines and priorities accordingly.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an omnichannel retail environment is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing transformational change is required.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive project success.
