Job Opportunity: Netball Coach

About the Role

Rugby School is seeking a skilled Netball Coach to join our team. As a Netball Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Netball teams, ensuring that our players receive the highest level of coaching and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Netball teams, focusing on player development and team success
  • Design and deliver coaching sessions, tailored to the needs of our players
  • Work closely with our Netball teams to ensure a positive and supportive team culture
  • Collaborate with our sports department to ensure alignment with our sports strategy
  • Contribute to the development of our Netball program, including planning and implementing coaching sessions, tournaments, and other events

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in sports coaching
  • Experience of working with young athletes in a Netball coaching environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including after-school sessions and occasional weekends
