About the Company

The Lead Cost Estimator will join a firm that specializes in luxury refurbishments and new constructions, having recently seen a surge in project acquisitions. With an annual revenue of approximately £70 million, they are well-established and recognized for their commitment to delivering superior quality.

Role of the Lead Cost Estimator

Current projects vary from £2 million to £50 million, representing some of the finest offerings in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement management
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Preparation of tender and contract documentation
  • Final account settlements
  • Contract management
  • Valuation assessments
  • Change order management
  • Participation in professional and client discussions
  • Assigning subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the procurement timeline
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks

Qualifications for the Lead Cost Estimator

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in high-end residential projects is preferred
  • Background working with a main contracting firm
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Compensation and Benefits
