SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Primary school setting.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic, emotional, and personal development.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility.
- Support students with communication and social skills, promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with the school's SEN team to ensure seamless support and coordination.

Requirements:
