We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our CLAAS UK Academy team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical and operator training to our customers.
About the Role:- Plan and prepare all course materials and resources.
- Develop blended learning materials for online training and assessments.
- Deliver technical training via virtual and presence training methods.
- Monitor market trends to tailor training to dealer needs.
- Promote best practice within the dealer network.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Industry-recognised qualifications and extensive practical experience.
- Knowledge of current Forager and Greenline products, their functionalities, and control systems.
- Experience as a service technician in the agriculture industry.
- Passion and drive to offer a high-quality service to our customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Minimum 37.5 hours per week, according to business requirements.
- Annual incentive scheme targeted to achieve 14% of salary.
- 24 days annual leave rising by one day per calendar year to 28 with option to carry over.
- Holiday purchase scheme to take annual leave to 30 days per year.
