We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatry Doctor to join our team as a Bank Resident Medical Officer at Elysium Healthcare.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment providing care for individuals affected by mental health disorders and trauma.
As a Bank RMO, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, conducting health screenings, attending reviews, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure patients receive the necessary medical attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess mental and physical health needs of patients
- Provide timely and effective handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Manage emerging health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Complete assessments promptly and ensure timely medical referrals
Requirements:
- GMC registration and current license to practice
- Significant experience in Psychiatry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Recent appraisal and RITA (Revalidation and Renewal of Registration) documentation
- Experience in PICU/Secure services is highly desirable
