About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including oral suctioning, enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, and seizure management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
