About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
  • Provide detailed knowledge of the development, specifications, and local area to clients
  • Liaise with the sales and construction team to ensure a smooth buyer journey
  • Ensure show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the team from day one
