Main Responsibilities
  • Compliance Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of relevant compliance policies and procedures to ensure the firm's investment strategy is aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide timely and relevant compliance and prevention of financial crime support to the firm's investment strategy, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Regulatory Change Management: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and advise the business on their impact, driving the implementation of proportionate and effective system and control changes to ensure compliance.
  • Regulatory Advice: Provide timely regulatory advice to the business, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Compliance Training: Assist in the development and delivery of relevant and timely compliance training to ensure that all employees are aware of their regulatory responsibilities.
  • AML / KYC Checks: Conduct AML and KYC checks, ensuring that all due diligence requirements are met.
  • Due Diligence Support: Provide input, support, and guidance for the completion of initial and ongoing due diligence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in compliance, with experience working in Africa and Luxembourg being advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preferably with experience in private markets/asset management.
