Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team, working Monday to Friday during peak hours across both retail locations. This role is essential during our busiest periods, where additional support is required.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for engaging with a diverse clientele and will excel in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service is essential, as the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high retail standards. Flexibility in working hours is available, provided that the 4-hour shift aligns with our peak operational times.

Opportunities for additional hours may arise during particularly busy periods, such as special events and academic milestones.
