Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Raisin GmbH. As a key member of our banking partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our deposit-taking partner banks.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our partner banks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partner banks, driving growth and revenue for Raisin GmbH.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to banking partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, distribution, and product teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on relationship progress and project outcomes, using data to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Italian) a plus.
