  • Communicate with clients and contractors to schedule suitable times for appointments, addressing any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Handle all incoming inquiries and requests, providing accurate and timely information to residents, clients, and internal teams.
  • Maintain precise records of scheduled appointments and repair activities, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and organized.
  • Collaborate with fellow administrators to promote smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a housing or property management context.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
