Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Futures Manufacturing. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing 360-degree marketing strategies across our consumer goods business.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established consumer goods business that has been growing extensively over the past 5 years. With strong listings with major retailers, this is a great opportunity to work across strong brands within the premium and niche space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with Digital, Trade, and Sales teams to develop and successfully implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end launch campaigns and projects across various touchpoints, including Digital, Social, and Retail.
  • Track and analyze data, insights, and trends within the Health & Beauty industry to inform key decision-making.
  • Support in reporting on brand performance and campaign successes, tracking spend and budgets.
