Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal plant performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and fault finding.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Carry out planned inspection routes and proactive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Follow site health and safety procedures and report any risks or incidents.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VSDs, and ABB machinery.

Requirements:

  • Time-served engineer with experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Recognized engineering qualification, such as HNC/HND/ONC/OND.
  • Strong electrical bias with mechanical engineering competency.
  • Experience with PLC fault finding, particularly Siemens S7.
  • Knowledge of VSDs and ABB machinery.
