We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Selwood. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all installation activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Installation Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to installation team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all installation activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
