The Sterling Choice is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in the Food Manufacturing industry.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving manufacturing excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to embed best practices and drive improvement in our factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvement projects to drive efficiency, quality, and safety in our manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Production, Technical, Hygiene, and Engineering teams to embed best practices and drive manufacturing excellence.
- Analyze Data and Drive Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to drive business results.
- Coach and Develop Teams: Coach and develop teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement, and provide guidance on best practices and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: A Lean Six Sigma Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification is highly desirable.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate and analyze data in spreadsheets.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
