About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our primary school curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and aligned with our educational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all students
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum delivery and assessment
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with educational research, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
- Proven track record of success in curriculum development and leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders
