Cocktail Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at ROTHERWOOD RECRUITMENT (2020) LIMITED. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting and serving high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, utilizing your knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to understand their preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and replenish drink garnishes, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Replenish bar stock, including non-consumables, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring a smooth service operation.
Requirements:
  • Previous bar experience is essential, with a strong background in cocktail preparation and service.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing cocktails and a passion for experimenting with new recipes.
  • Basic knowledge of wine is desirable, but not required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with high standards is ideal.
