Cocktail Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at ROTHERWOOD RECRUITMENT (2020) LIMITED. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by crafting and serving high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, utilizing your knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to understand their preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and replenish garnishes, bar stock, and other essentials to ensure seamless service.
  • Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques is required.
  • Basic knowledge of wine is desirable, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards is essential.
