Key Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents to help them acclimate to community living.
- Provide comprehensive personal and emotional support to residents with professionalism and care.
- Maintain effective communication with management, senior staff, culinary team, and family members to ensure seamless operations.
- Accurately document care records as agreed upon with management on a monthly basis.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and business matters at all times.
- Plan and organize both daytime and evening activities that cater to residents' interests.
- Stay informed about health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate a comprehensive activities schedule and create a monthly planner.
- Encourage resident involvement in activities, documenting their preferences and supporting their hobbies through personalized profiles.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide essential support to all staff, aligning with the home's objectives and prioritizing resident well-being.
