Customer Service Representative

As a key member of the Shared Services Partnership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to visitors at Lepe Country Park. Your primary focus will be on providing a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing information and assistance to visitors, and promoting the park's events and activities.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of customer service principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring that it is well-staffed and equipped to handle visitor inquiries.
- Promote the park's events and activities, ensuring that visitors are aware of the range of experiences available.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
