We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Coordinator to join our Quality & Sourcing team at New Look. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Kind to Our Core Strategy and broader sustainability objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead Kind product processes, including approvals and data management, to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Engage with Buying teams to review progress and provide guidance on sustainability initiatives.
  • Support external reporting through third-party platforms, including Textile Exchange CFMB.
  • Gather and maintain lower-tier information to support Transparency Targets.
  • Develop knowledge of sustainable materials, ESG, and sustainability best practices.
  • Contribute to and help deliver environmental projects across the organization.
  • Develop and communicate sustainability-related information to retail colleagues and support center staff.
  • Maintain and manage data systems, including Higg, Transaction Certificate tracking, and Bette Cotton Platform.
  • Support materiality assessment development and provide data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor industry news and assist in research exercises to create reports, presentations, and updates for the team and wider business.
  • Assist with creating and delivering training on sustainability topics to the wider business.
  • Support project management and data preparation for sustainability targets and KPIs.
  • General support on reporting and data management for sustainability targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a sustainability role or relevant work experience in a fashion retailer or sustainability consultancy/NGO.
  • Passion and interest in sustainability and the environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure impacts, and create reports with attention to detail.
  • Good researcher with ability to collate and summarize information well.
  • Collaborative work style with ability to build relationships across teams and externally.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, operating at different levels.
  • Proven track record of working and managing similar agendas.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to travel for work, as needed.
