About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Circle Health Group's values and standards.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Support the education and development of junior staff members, fostering a culture of mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
