About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week across flexible shift patterns. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our hospital's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and experiences.
- Contribute to the development of our hospital's services, including the implementation of new initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
