Key Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to optimize post-surgical outcomes.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive professional documentation in accordance with legal and departmental standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including those with complex health issues, utilizing investigative and analytical skills.
- Develop individualized management and treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and a diverse range of treatment modalities.
- Stay informed about National Clinical Guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience, particularly in respiratory and orthopaedic care.
- Experience in adult respiratory on-call duties is preferred.
