We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Administrator to join our team at NHS Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CAMHS services in primary care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to CAMHS teams in primary care settings, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GP practices, CAMHS teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for training and development activities, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification/experience in administration or a related field.
- Proven experience of office administration procedures, including data management and record-keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, GP practices, and other stakeholders.
- Good/advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
