Housekeeping Team Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Supervisor to oversee our Domestic Teams. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping services.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (specific hours to be discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of a skilled team of domestic assistants.
- Foster a collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and team engagement.
- Oversee staff performance, including monitoring and evaluation.
- Handle scheduling, attendance, and staff absences effectively.
