Troo Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee/tea.
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor/manager.
- Inventory Management:
- Check and restock inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Lost and Found Procedures:
- Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Guest Interaction:
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself in a polite and respectful manner when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Security:
- Ensure all guest rooms are secured and properly locked when leaving them.
- Teamwork and Independence:
