Commercial Manager - Banking Fit Out

A client-facing, team-managing Commercial Manager is required for Rainford Berry Ltd, a market-leading group of construction companies. The organisation has an enviable list of brand names amongst its client-base, and the Commercial Manager - Banking Fit Out will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality refurbishments in the banking sector.

The projects will be a mix of retail sites and regional/head offices. The Commercial Manager will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors who will look after projects across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the organisation, particularly in this team. Suitable candidates will be able to point to impressive CVs, detailing the projects they have helped deliver and teams they have managed.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this role is very client-facing and team-managing.
