We are seeking enthusiastic Sous Chefs to join our team in the Oxford venue.

The Role

To excel as a Sous Chef, you will need to:

• Lead with a genuine passion for fostering a positive environment for your team.

• Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in all aspects of your role, supporting your Head Chef and encouraging a culture of continuous team development.

• Exhibit confidence, accountability, and responsibility during service while being a collaborative team member.

• Uphold and enforce the company's health & safety and food safety protocols.

• Possess a solid understanding of controllable costs affecting the business and manage them effectively.

• Have a strong desire and ambition to advance in your culinary career.

• Be knowledgeable about food quality, maintain high standards, and possess exceptional culinary expertise.
