We are seeking a highly organised and professional Corporate Partnerships Admin Support to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team by handling correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and overseeing the administrative processes of key accounts to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Team to support the stewardship of existing partnerships, including attending meetings, organising collateral, and responding to queries.
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM database, Salesforce.
  • Act as the first point of contact for corporate inbox enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for lead allocation.
  • Assist in the delivery of projects and campaigns associated with partners and sponsors.
  • Conduct research and due diligence on potential new business prospects.
  • Aid in the preparation of proposals and approaches to potential new business prospects.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of pipeline development, including updating the corporate pipeline, logging responses, and planning future contact points.
  • Ensure all corporate resources are current and create or amend resources as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of corporate activities, such as raising and monitoring Purchase Orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Provide assistance at events delivered by the corporate team when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently using your initiative.
  • Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
