We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead our Disaster Recovery project, focusing on cloud services and infrastructure delivery. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IT SMEs and Business Change to develop a realistic delivery plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings to ensure projects are tracking to plan, providing regular status updates to the Programme Manager and Delivery Board.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs, obtaining buy-in to project work.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the project team to ensure a common understanding of the project, roles, and responsibilities.
- Ensure specification artefacts are accepted and signed off by the management team.
- Manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering Disaster Recovery projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects, including infrastructure and technical cloud projects.
- Experience leading projects with various methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Matrix management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and technical cloud projects.
