About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supply Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals working with children who require additional support. As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require tailored support, helping them access education and develop key skills in a nurturing environment.

You will be working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, providing 1:1 or small group assistance, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their learning journey. You will be part of a wider team of teachers and staff dedicated to creating an inclusive, child-centered learning environment.

There are opportunities for short-term or longer-term placements, allowing you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions for SEN students.
  • Provide 1:1 support for students with ASD and ADHD, helping them stay focused and engaged in lessons.
  • Use a variety of strategies to support students' learning and behavior management.
  • Assist with personal care and emotional support, if needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
