Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues to deliver a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, setting a great example for your colleagues and driving a culture of excellence in customer service and store operations.
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations.
- Be there for customers, listening to their needs and helping to resolve any issues.
- Look for ways to improve service, including coaching your colleagues and providing feedback to the team.
- Maintain a great understanding of how your store is performing, and assist managers in delivering actions to improve the running of the store.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for additional payments depending on location and skills. You'll also receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired.
