Culinary Operations Supervisor
Position Overview
The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating food preparation within our dining facilities. This position serves as the second-in-command to the Kitchen Manager, ensuring the production of high-quality meals while adhering to all food safety regulations to provide an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities include collaborating with management to maintain financial targets, manage costs, control labor expenses, minimize waste, and achieve monthly profit margins. Additionally, this role involves stepping in for the Kitchen Manager during their absence.
Key Responsibilities

This role is based on a 30-hour contract, and candidates must be available to work on weekends.
