As a key member of the CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler team, the Senior Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the efficient achievement of the company's strategy and objectives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimising the Business Operations function by delivering activities and projects that support the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Supporting the Defence Business Unit to successfully communicate its strategy, report progress, and measure its outcomes in achieving long-term customer success and growth.
  • Defining and controlling processes to proactively meet the demands of the business calendar, ensuring the Defence Business Unit meets the reporting demands placed upon it throughout the year.
  • Delivering the collation, preparation, and delivery of Business Unit operational performance information and analytics.
  • Controlling the Business Unit Continuous Improvement process, ensuring progress is reported for all approved CI initiatives.
  • Coordinating all engagement between the Defence Business Unit and other enabling directorates across the company, including Corporate Services, Commercial & Bidding, Finance & Operations, and People.
  • Ensuring the Defence Business Unit is supported in delivering against their strategic and operational commitments.
  • Supporting resource management through strategic workforce and long-term capacity planning Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.


Essential Skills:


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience driving the development of Business Operations processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realisation.
  • A proactive approach and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.


Desirable Skills:


The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma continuous process improvement tools and techniques.
  • A minimum of 3 years' P3M experience in customer-facing organisations, preferably with experience of supporting the delivery of complex frameworks and programmes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
