Position Overview:
We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Ofsted Outstanding School, specializing in supporting children with Multiple Learning Difficulties, Autism, and complex needs.


Role Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will work closely with pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing essential support to those with MLD, ASD, and additional complex needs. You will collaborate with the Class Teacher and other support staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.


Working Hours:
The role is structured from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.


School Environment:
Our school prides itself on having a supportive Senior Leadership Team that prioritizes staff wellbeing while fostering a fun and nurturing atmosphere for the children. Class sizes are limited to 10 students, with approximately 4 to 5 Teaching Assistants assigned to each class.


Commitment to Education:
The staff team is dedicated to maximizing the educational experience for all pupils, ensuring a therapeutic environment and approach tailored for children with Special Educational Needs.


Job Type:
This is a long-term, permanent position.


Qualifications:
Experience in Teaching Assistance, Healthcare, Nursing, or working with Learning Difficulties is advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support young children with Special Educational Needs
- Collaborate with the Class Teacher and other support staff to enhance the learning experience.
