Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision Teaching. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

About the Role:
  • Support the classroom teacher in providing individualized support to SEN pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that cater to the needs of SEN pupils.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within a classroom as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Understanding of Autism and supporting pupils accordingly.
