About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Solicitor to work with a reputable law firm, handling a range of cases related to Dispute Resolution and Insolvency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and a strong background in contentious insolvency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency cases, working closely with Senior Lawyers and Insolvency Practitioners.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on funding options, procedure, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Undertake advocacy and represent clients in court.
  • Contribute to the firm's marketing initiatives, including networking events, seminars, and writing marketing material.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in Dispute Resolution and/or Insolvency.
  • Strong knowledge of contentious insolvency law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
